Be rude in a playful way! LOL
One thing to keep in mind, is that you really do develop a much more sensitive ear as you continue.
For example, a couple months ago i posted a mix i though was sorta decent, i was pretty proud, and then it basically got shat on.
I had to listen to the mix 10 times to hear the mistakes that where being pointed out, they were there, but being a noob, i couldnt hear them.
Now, if i go back and listen to that mix, i literally cringe... And im sure that the same will happen if i listen to a mix from today in 6 months.
However i will say that switching to CDJs has done wonders in terms of making me more sensitive to mistakes and developing a more sensitive ear.

Sometimes you got to call a cat a cat. Watch this cat for instance, in case you've never seen before:
Awwwwww yeaaah
Some are blissfully unaware of how bad they suck, some others will have the Kaveman attitude. No point in being condescending, no point in being accurate. Some can't be rescued from their own mediocrity, especially when they don't aspire to be better. Some others combine this mediocrity with shit taste in music, and that cannot be corrected with any automated laptop features.
Aaawwww Yeeeeeaaaahhhh
He really sucks!!!!

And regardless of what people say, beatmatching properly, consistently and quickly (aka mastering it) isn't done in a month or two.
