digital recording without a pc?

is there any way of recordin your mixes from ur decks to a cd?
i mean my brother has a pc in his room but he wont let me move it in2 my room for a day so i can record my set.
is there any other way of gettin ur mixes on to the pc without actually linking it to a pc?
are there any digital bits of dj equipment tht u can just plug onto ur mixer n send ur mixes onto there then transfer on pc etc?

Yeah, you could get an MD recorder, standalone CD burner, or a sampler. However, it would be way cheaper to wait for your bro to go out of town for a couple of hours. That, or get your own PC (much more cost-effective than getting an MD, standalone CD burner, or sampler device).

A Multitrack recorder, my brother has a realy good one, but wont let me use it But yeah they are good, and you can play about with it once its on there. Cd ones are quite expensive though.

A mini disc recorder would be the cheapest way to go about it. Record onto mini disc and then transfer it to the pc later.
