    MIDI/Keyboard combination

    Hey all,
    So I am moving off to college and have to sell my Yamaha Clavinova (Just a regular keyboard for playing). For producing I own a Novation Sl-MK 2 (61 keys). I realized that I rather just get a performance keyboard/MIDI keyboard rolled into one and just sell off both the Novation and Yamaha.
    I am a complete n00b in this process and would like some good recommendations for a 61+ keyboard that has MIDI capabilities for producing but is also good for just playing piano (weighted keys, can take a pedal, etc).
    Also, I am not sure if I should be looking for a keyboard w/ midi capabilities or a synth.....
    I'm hoping to buy used and keep my budget under $1000. Let me know if that is realistic or not.

    Also, if anyone wants to buy SL mk2, let me know!
