If anything, Ean Golden of DJ Tech Tools seems to be much more biased towards controllers...especially the ones they carry in their online store. Its true that Phil does push controllers and even I-Pad DJing, but he seems much more diverse in his opinions than Ean. Just my 2 cents...
Ean is certainly a character. But, honestly, I haven't read the blog in like a year. The forum is an interesting place with what seems to be a completely different perspective than here (I read both regularly). If digitaldjtips has a forum, I've never seen it…and the blog is pretty one-sided……but the guy has some points.

Most big-names seem to use CDs. You see a few using vinyl, either real or Serato or Traktor Scratch.

Word. Most of it doesn't get much further than the usual "how to waste another gazillion hours with fiddling a totally useless option in Traktor which you end up never using anyway" or "Pete is a DJ. What does he put in his bag?"

Both sites have a forum although neither is as active as DJForums but I do like digitaldjtips forums. Very similar to this one.

I like the "What's In Your Bag" videos, I wish they did more of them...they're fun, light and mildly informative...kind of like MTV Cribs....DJ Version.

Yeah, what a tool for spearheading the entire movement we now know as controllerism...you should look up Moldover, he's a tool as well...
