Is this a good deal?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a pair of moving head lights for home use and have been offered a pair of Chauvet MinSpot RGBW lights which are in "as new and excellent condition" for £250.

Is this a good deal?

The room I'd be using them in is my DJ/studio room which measures about 20-22 ft length x 11 ft width. Would they be suitable for my room and as asked, is it a good deal for them?
