    DJ Crew

    Hey peeps

I have this idea about forming a DJ crew, about 4 DJs and organise an event

I have no experience playing outside of my bedroom and i think maybe its a good way of gaining some exposure within my community plus get connect with other DJs, pick up tips, etc..

Think its worth giving a shot??

I would get out and get some experience, get some people following you or listening to your mixes before trying to get some sort of a movement started... Get out and follow/support as many local dj's as possible.

If you've never played "outside the bedroom" and you somehow manage to get three other DJs (at least one or two of whom, I presume, will be more experienced) for the event, then it very well might look like you're just trying to ride their coattails for your own benefit.
