He obviously doesn't have a lawyer nor does he know what slander is...First off the word he was looking for is libel which is basically the written form of slander (since slander is spoken). Secondly nothing you said was false seeing as though the guy didn't hold his end of the agreement...sounds like the guy is just a low life.
Glad you at least got your 1200's back even though they weren't done right. If you really wanted to you could probably take him for breach of contract but I really wouldn't bother spending the time or money. Goodluck with everything brotha.
Yeah I got them back. I just have to get a replacement platter because one of them won't go all the way on for some reason.
