Streetbangerz Vol 3&4
It's by Gramatik and one of his friends. Fun, funky stuff. Good for a chillout night, or maybe a transition between hip hop and house. Overall, a great purchase from Beatport, and a ton of tracks for a mere $26 or so.
It has a nice old school R&B vibe (and is actually genre tagged as such). I don't mean Boyz 2 Men. I mean like old school Motown.

all of Gramatik's streetbangers are good.
he is a solid producer, even before he got picked up on Pretty Lights Music

Gramatik just put out his 2008-2010 discography out via facebook post:

good on him... i'd be much more impressed though if a lot of this stuff was given out for free to begin with. seriously, the guy's work is so heavily and transparently based on a particular sample, i consider most of his tracks edits as opposed to anything 'new'. he might have a decent ear for source material but his flips are barely flips at all most of the time.
regardless, i throw his stuff on the decks pretty regularly.

Yup! Awesome producer. Got a 45 of Gramatik - A Bright Day about a year ago. Love putting it on.
Big woof! Wanna fight about it?!
