It looks like it will work pretty good for you, depending on what subs you are running.

It can't output it's rated power output continuously all night like an amp really needs to do to power subs properly, so the amps run in to clipping easily because people push them harder than they would amps that are very capable of powering subs properly. The XTI series aren't very good for powering subs because they don't have big enough power supplies to extract the sheer power out the mains and they don't have big enough power capacitors to store the sheer amount of energy needed. A lot of people think they're great at bass, but mainly it's because they've not heard the RMX series bridged powering subs. Other old amps are even better, like the Crown K2 bridged on subs, now that's a beast on subs, and one of the best amps out there for the used prices they sell for.

Why? What is the voltage swing required to drive your subs to full output? What is the voltage swing of the amp in bridged mode? If you don't know the answers to those questions you should not be bridging. Run dual mono.

I have an XTi2000 and haven't been overwhelmed by anything the amp does. It works pretty good considering what I paid for it, but the DSP sucks (limiter section, in particular) and on top of that the limiter sounds like poo.

There are measurements out there detailing some of the problems with the series, too. If you have any undervoltage problems, the amp's output will drop like a rock!

And there's this, too, but the problems described here occur at much lower frequencies than anyone in pro audio really cares about:

what about the qsc rmX 1850 amp. bridged at 4 ohms for sub.?.

I already purchased the crown xti 2000 amp and it will be here July. So I need advice if the qsc rmx 1850 hd amp will handle sub at 4 ohms bridged.

I'd go with the QSC RMX 2450. Solid amp, solid output. Also, you should listen to Bill. He knows what he's talking about.
