    Talking Tips for Electro Mixing...

I have been mixing drum and bass for two years and getting a bit bored of the scene,

can anyone give me some tips for mixing electro or house and some tips on using accapellas/mashups ,

Could also benefit from some suggestions on mixes that have inspired you,

worth noting my setup is technics and traktor scratch duo, so no suggestings that include sampling, midi, controler tips ..

    Thanks :]

If you have been mixing D n B ... electro will be a breeze.

House is a bit more technical then your banger electro tracks but over all, its timing and structure, and personal preference. I always let my tracks play out and phrase them in properly. Sometimes leaving them mix for 5 or more minutes depending on where I am in my set and how long my tracks are.
