Help on choosing some new CDJS

I've been on my technics and numarks vinyls for awhile and i think it's time to sell them and get a whole new set. I'm looking forward to CDJs and start dj-ing at parties and what not but i need advice on choosing which one to get. My price range is low to like probably $600 and im still in highschool. I was looking at the the numark ndx400 yet i know nothing of it . All i know how to do is transition and all that easy stuff by playing around. I dont really need all that fancy stuff like effects and stuff for now. I need a beginner set that'll do the job. If there are any links you could show me, please post em. Please help please!

The Numark NDX400 is actually a very decent CD player. For its price, it's a bang for the buck. The USB feature can also be very useful.

You can probably find a pair of used Denon DN-S1200s for that price and they are amazing decks....

Is this fake? Or just not a good setup?

The CD player that comes in that package is the NDX200. It's a standard and very basic CD/MP3 player. That CD-DJ in a box is good for beginners. Probably the best "DJ in a box" package.

Scratching on the NDX is quite decent and similar to CDJ400 but not as effective as the CDJ-800/1000/900/2000. For $170+ each, who can complain?

Any reason you're switching from turntables to CD players?
