well I'm glad it has a cue button and lights...
Love new Denon gear....I suspect that this will be a replacement for the DN-S1200 and the S3900's little brother. You will obviously have engine support with the ability to share files and most probably networking. Look to have the I-pad support as well, you can tell because it has the same screen as the 3900. You can also tell that the platter is recessed with the LED ring around it. It has a CD drive in it and it will create waveforms from CD. This should have as close as you can to full native support from Traktor, and a few other tricks that we won't know about until release day. Anyways...looking forward to more info about this one...

Not sure, I got it in the e-mail this morning, so I thought to share with you guys...On Denon forums people are still guessing...after analyzing video I can say it is a deck (Cue button and partial waveform wit CD mode)....there is also a brief shot of upfader (which could be pitch control)....all the circulating lights tell me it might actually have still platter (compared to most of Denon decks which feature moving platter)....maybe it's a deck/controller for their DJ software Engine...not sure yet...it also might be a entry CD deck similar to CDJ 400...honestly, it's anyone's guess...
I hope it's a Stanton scs.4dj type product. We need more of those all in one units!!
looks like a 3900 with touch jogwheel instead of spinning platter.. definitely down if it has advanced HID outta box and denon link for usb sticks ect.
I highly doubt that it will have HID, Denon is firmly in the Midi camp and I don't see them changing anytime soon...
It looks to be an all-in-one standalone CD/usb player (with mixer) that also functions as a midi device. This is based on my views of the video and this post on a dj gear site.

google translate the text and you'll read
Think S4 with cd drives and USB slots. The Denon SC2900 is a media player and DJ controller together, which can be used with all software, and also various play possibilities. For the first time, Denon has very good look at some features that Pioneer also has built in his players, because as we see on the SC 2900 Denon LED ring around the platter, that we recognize the CDJ-2000. Samples can be stored by a sample of the four buttons, also known as hot-offs can be used.
More info soon ...
