It's more breakcore/IDM/Hardcore, it's Mike Paradinas, he did a stupidly rare remix of Hellfish's 'Magical Digital' on Deathchant. His label championed early dubstep but of late he's been making particularly maudlin downtempo tracks (since his wife left him ) and has become obsessed with footwork/juke music.

Industrial Hardcore sounds like Gabber IMO.

seems like many of the gabber producers also dabbled into industrial. that's why they kinda sound alike though gabber seems to have dominant drums.
