    Enclosures for Active Subs?

Need to upgrade from my B52 Matrix 1000 V2 for mobile gigs. Want something along the lines of 2 18" subs w/ tops. Hopefully RCF ART 312. I'd like to know if there are any subwoofer enclosures that allow you to build them as powered. I checked out strictlyhookups but they seem to be all built for passive. Can they essentially be used for both? Are they even available anywhere?

If not i'll have to start looking at purchasing subs. Just wanted to cut costs if possible and worthwhile.

The speaker design isn't going to be your issue, it's finding a suitable plate amp that fits both the speakers requirements as well as the physical constraints of the given design.
