400-450$ maybe at the most. Id just check the kvr marketplace and search in there for ableton suite to see what the going price is, hopefully a few people have sold it recently for comparison. could also check the ableton forums classified section

depends. do you own Ableton LE or intro? you can upgrade that key to something better on there.

actually... soundcloud is giving away Ableton LE right now. go get that for free, then go to ableton's site and see how much the upgrade price is. I bought my upgrade when it was 33% off last spring. i think it was 250ish (but i did not get suite.)
