    Well it's yes and no. Yes because some pitch would go in line with its corresponding numbers if the pitch is new and properly calibrated. It can easily be fine tuned to the proper pitch range. No because some pitch even when new, aren't properly calibrated with the pots of the pitch's PCB and main board PCB. You will have to do this manually upon installation/replacement.

    Remember that when installing a new pitch fader, you will still have to check and sometimes if needed, calibrate them using the adjustment pot on the pitch's PCB for setting the pitch accordingly with the values on the aluminum pitch indicator and the pitch range pot on the main PCB.

    Well that makes sense. However basically you have just stated that I would have to calibrate the fader using 2 pots:
    1) the one on the fader's PCB (which when using a multimeter should give the 2.7K resiStance)
    2) the main PCB which is the little blue knob.

    That's it noo?

    Depends on the Technics (year) model but yes, blue pot on the newer models.
