Anyway yeah I know these would be acceptable budget mixers but I'm still looking for something I can trust. Xlr outs and USB ins is one of the things I'm looking for, (preferably with an Eq on the RCA inputs). That would be perfect.

Anyone got suggestions?

That looks great. However when I think of Peavey, I think entry level or low quality. Is that the case with this mixer? Or am I better off going with the A&H one I posted?

I just saw your post about the A&H, that should be a good one because A&H stuffs are reliable.. I will personally go with that.
