I like those Quantum's! And I think I have decided on the torrent90's with possibly a few Mac101's. For our pars I am going with the Blizzard Rocklite RGBAW, as much as I would like the quantums I think the simple pars would be more friendly towards our need to teardown and setup every week. And we are looking either at some leko's or Ledko's for our front wash.

Thanks for your input guys, we are going 100% LED. Still trying to figure out the software game. Chamsys has been highly recommended and its dirt cheap to initially buy, however having to spend $3000-$6000 for a PC wing to add on later is where the kicker is. The other thing I am hesitant on is the learning curve, I need something that will be easy to run and learn for the volunteers doing lights each Sunday when I am not. Thats why i'm looking into Jandsvista software. Anyone have any experience with Jands?

I haven't used the software, however Jands is very reliable and often found in fixed installs as well as most 12 channel dimmer racks and distro units.
