I am a mobile DJ, who occasionally plays small clubs. I use ZipDJ and have been very satisfied. They don't have a lot of older music, but they have new releases from most genres, including dance/top 40, house, dubstep, trance, urban, adult contemporary, country, even some Latin.
They also get tons of remixes of top 40 dance/club hits from well-known remixers (Liam Keegan, Laidback Luke, DJs from Mars, Cahill, Dave Aude, Wideboys, Stonebridge, etc). They mark the tracks as *Dirty* or *Clean/Radio edit*, and usually release the standard album, extended, and instrumental versions immediately, and then remixes are added over time, if the track is popular.
They have some instrumentals and acapellas, so you can make your own mashups, but a buddy of mine (a club DJ, who occasionally does mobile events) uses 8thwonder, and he said they have a better selection of those, if that's what you are looking for. 8thwonder also has tons of remixes of older songs (even 1950's and 1960's).
In my personal opinion, I think 8thwonder is great for club DJ's, and ZipDJ is better suited for mobile DJ's.
