Dug out my 50 year old Technics turntables.

I decided to give my Gold 1200's a break for a while, and setup my mint, 50 year old, original SL-1200MK1's.

These Tables were top of the line for DJ set up's in the San Fran Bay area.. It really is looking at quality direct drive tables that made a huge difference in what was out there to buy.. BIG $$$ Money for these bad boys..

Radio DJ's at the Bay area... Doing a hour of Mix on weds. Nights.. Like Cameron Paul.. and Michael Ericson used these with vinyl mixing in the radio station..

You could go with a cheaper belt drive table.. But these just took the slag out of trying to pitch adjust songs without a whole lotta knowledge of counting your BPM on a stop watch..
