CVR Amplifiers

Hey everyone,
Its been a while since I have been on here. I was talking to a friend of mine recently who was building a system recently. He mentioned to me that many of the big sound systems are using CVR amplifiers. They are class D amplifiers from China that are very powerful. Anyone ever heard of them? If you have, what is your opinion of them?

This is second hand but from the discussions I have seen on other forums the crews in the Caribbean have been using them for several years now, and the reports are these things are entirely capable of melting the very best drivers currently available, they sound good and have been reliable.
