There are a million mics out there with XLR.
If you want something good that doesn't cost a ton, consider the Sennheiser E835

It's a handheld mic so if you're using it while streaming you'll probably want a stand and a boom.. also gonna need an XLR cable of course.
That looks like it takes both TS and XLR.
So you should be able to use gaming headphones.
Just use a 3.5 mm TS to 1/4" (6.35 mm?) TS male adapter for the mic cable.
