First gig ever

Hi dj's! I just started spinning (for the last couple months) and I have my first gig at a private event next week. I'm so excited and nervous but would appreciate any pro tips.

Congrats hoochi! You're going to have such a great time!

Remember, to be ready is to be prepared. I would stand at your setup and contemplate what you would do if various components went out. If power goes out, there are bigger problems, but handling everything else is what people expect. The show must go on...
