cdj800mk2 disc read error please help

Disc stops spinning half way through reading then ejects after 4 attempts any insight would be much appreciated?

Have you tried an original CD? Tried putting the unit upside down? I suppose that you have tried to clean (isopropyl) the lens already. In most cases the lens is out of alignment/focus. In your video it's a making a sound of being unable to find and read the table of contents.
