Ex DJ needs help becoming a vendor on this site

I hope you're all doing well, I'm new here, please forgive this newbie post - The FAQ says to become a vendor here, I need to go to the subscriptions page. Where is that??

I thought I found the subscriptions page but it had no mention of becoming a vendor. Wtf??
