Scratch Live SL1, I need help with the audio signal coming out to the monitors

In short: for Serato Scratch Live SL1 I installed driver version 1.9 (I also installed the last 2.5). I have Windows 7.The SL1 box with mixer and adapter is connected according to the guidelines from the instructions and instructional videos of which there are many on YT. I calibrated and....
1st You can not hear the music although all the lights on
the mixer and controller are lit up and inform that there is a signal.
    2. The board on the controller spins the other way than the board with the time code on the adapter.
    3. When I disconnect the SL1 box from the USB port, I can hear the music.
If anyone knows how to help, please info, how will be needed I have a video how it looks.
