Question Need help with str8.150 and 680v3 skate skate ugh

I recently bought two used Stantons with the cartridges and needles. no matter what I try when I balance the arm it skates to the right, so even mild scratching results in skip. I've had these decks before and 1200s. never had a problem with them, tho I always used 44-7s back then and I'm don't know any technical stuff with turntables etc.. only thing I can think is the arms are spun to the right, the arms and the Cartridge look tilted that way. I tried using washer to one side but no luck. any help appreciated . thanks have a wonderful day.

That's going to make it pull to the left. (Toward the spindle.)

    How to easily set Anti-Skate

You can use an old laserdisc. (They look like a 12" CD.)
You can probably find one at a thrift shop for about a dollar.

lol yes I have adjusted the anti skate six ways to Sunday. this is not my first turntable. I have the 2g weight off on upside down and sideways. I appreciate the replies, but something else is going on.

    There's your problem.
It's like adding sugar to your car's gas tank to make it go faster and then wondering why the engine isn't running smoothly.
