    Beatport Pro - Card lost most of the tracks at the checkout

    Hi,
    has anyone ever encounter this:
    Beatport pro's Cart lost most of the tracks at the checkout?

    It just happened to me... one card with 96 tracks, auto-refreshed during checkout and now it only has 29 tracks.
    Very annoying...

    That was music research work of weeks....

    I have sent a support request to see if there is any way to recover the tracks for that cart

    The Data team behind Beatport managed to send me a CSV file with all the tracks that cart contained at some point of time before the tracks got lost, although not the exact final list just before the checkout (it contained also some tracks that I put on hold or moved to other carts), but I am happy with the outcome.

    that's great news. I know the pain of losing a list of weeks worth of "digging".
