DVS Setup with iPad
Hi,
I have the following setup A&H PX5, A&H K2, 2 x 1210, Traktor DVS. Basically i am converting my late 80's house/techno from vinyl to digital, partly because it is getting harder to replace and i don't want to loose it.
I quite like DVS as it is as close to vinyl DJing i can get with out using my records, but the one thing that is bothering me is using a laptop that takes up a lot of space. Really all i want is somewhere to store my music, I don't need cue points or anything else. I am really looking to do this in a smaller form, does anyone have any ideas? I have seen DJplayer but not tried it yet.
Cheers

Is your question about playing on a tablet, while having the capacity to store your digitised record collection?
Buy an android that can handle a 512 gb memory card or more.

Thanks for the reply. No but in short i want to be able to use DVS but substitute the laptop for something like an iPad.

Here goes. That said, £400 for a 128 gb machine, non pro version with no expansion slot is a bit stiff.

I'm curious to see if it is compatible with the A&H though. Well the app is free, so no risk.

I can't believe Traktor are not all over this though and come up with a solution, they have an app already. Maybe not many people want this kind of setup.
