That's from 2016, that's not Public Enemy and there is no Flavor Flav in that clip..

Chuck D has said that Flavor Flav is still a member of Public Enemy, and his recent firing from the group was a satirical hoax. ... He also added that Flav “better find rehab”, and accused him of being motivated solely by money.

Chuck D found out there's a lot of material he can't do on his own. That kind of statement suggests they fell out of love for each other, carrying on for the sake of the band, and/or the sake of money.
