Reloop RP-8000 MK2 lots of play on tonearm

I have a pair of Reloop RP-8000 MK2 that I bought myself for Christmas. I just noticed the tonearm has excessive play compare to my Technics MG5. Does anyone else have this issue.
See video below comparing the 2 turntables.

This is a 'known' issue. All the super OEM's have it (models like Synq XTRM-1, Reloop RP-6000, ...). The Reloop RP-7000 and 8000 have the same internal technique, just the housing is different. I know stores in Holland who removed 'the playing' before selling it. But I don't know how.

More information here (just turn on Google translate ): https://aboutdj.nl/reviews/analogue-...-draaitafel/4/

Hey what mixer are you using? I have the RP-800MK2 with a reloop elite mixer! I'm having some issue and not a lot of people use the reloops. I uploaded a video to my google drive. If you are able to take a look that would be super dope! Cheers!

Are you on the latest firmware for both the mixer and the decks?
