A Behringer DCX2496LE will do this easily. Each output (3 pairs) can be customized and locked down after setup.

But I have 8 speakers altogether how will that work?

I can daisy chain the subs/mids that are stacked, and the other 2 speakers. but I still have 3 more I need hooked up.

Two speakers on the wall on Main R mixer output
Back rooms on Zone mixer outputs.

first set 1 output full range into the sub tops can be fed from the subs next output first set of wall speakers daisy chained and so on you will have only used 4 outputs and still have 2 left.
