I don't think anybody still makes a good scratch mixer without effects.

You can probably still find a used Rane TTM 56 or TTM 56S in really good condition.
(Or a Rane TTM 57SL if you want a Serato interface.)
But the number of US Supreme Court judges was always 6.
    Then it was 5, then 6, then 7, then 9, then 10, then 7, and then 9.

Or you could put an Innofadder in an Allen & Heath XONE:23 or 23C.

i like the xone 23 mixer but putting in a innofader would void the warranty and the warranty is the only reason i would buy a new mixer its means everything

Ask the seller to mount it. There's a special Inno for A&H, but I think I've read some complaints about it. Do some research if you take that route.

I would definitely pick the Ecler Nuo 2.0 over the DJ Tech mixer.
DJ Tech's reliability is about the same as Behringer and below Gemini.
Whereas I think Ecler's reliability is up there with Allen & Heath and Pioneer.

Whilst I love Ecler (I use 2 myself) they have been out of the DJ game for many years.
DJ Tech started out in the bargain basement territory, but I feel they have upped their game, and I'm sure Elliot Marx wouldn't work with them if they were total rubbish.

at the moment its a toss up between the xone 23 and the nuo 2.0 and get a innofader, i would say the xone is better built than the ecler.

I'd go Xone 23 with an Innofader.
A&H has a great track record for reliability.
Plus most people place A&H sound quality above Pioneer and bellow Rane.
