btw, I have a few of these and I don't consider any of these tracks deep house (except for that Solomun track #5). The others more in the House or Prog House genre, however, I do tag some as "deep" in my collection to better organize and make choosing a track easier to make on he fly.

Thank you so much guys this is really a big help but the one thing still puzzles me is how would I classify these types of songs in my dj collection? I dont think they fit in the deep house genere list...

that is totally up to you. If you want to tag these songs and similar with deep house, go ahead. Group up tracks that you would play in a set of that specific style.
Only think I would just suggest is using multiple tags; Genre being the first and then the feel or style you think the track is in. This way, when you search/filter that type of sound, you have have everything you would use for the specific vibe you're going for, regardless of genre (each genre can have their own deep or groovy or melodic sub-style to them). after that, just narrow down by main genre or BPM or another attribute.
Yeah I am listening to a lot of that kind of stuff lately. FYI Chris, Borrowed Identity, Chaos in the CBD, Kapote, Black Loops, some of Demuja's stuff, anything on TOY Tonics label.
It's a sub genre of deep house, in my mind, although some is more disco than deep
Genre labels are not black and white. All lines are blurred.
Search my name on Spotify if you like I have playlists with deep / float / lo-fi and other electronic housey stuff from mixes I have done.

But what do you think is the genere of these tracks originally? I tagged them as deep in rekordbox but I dont know if I would write "House" for them in the "Genere" field because for me this is the stuff I consider house.

I would consider the first 2 Electro House (different from just Electro) and the 3rd one would fall under prog house, IMO.

I'm definitely still struggling with classifications. Nearly everything posted in the OP sounds like progressive house to me, with some of the tracks bordering on trance, and I'm probably dead wrong. Though that last track with the Bill Withers sample is one I might put in a deep house set (slowed down a bit, though).
Deep House plunges into the atmosphere of relaxation from the first minute of its sounding. This music is based on a relaxing melody, so that a person can relax with his inner world. A leisurely rhythm, deep atmospheric sound will be to the taste not only of electronic dance music lovers, but also of listeners of intellectual electronics.
