Couldn't find a thread on this topic, but apologies if I missed it.
Mixcloud and Soundcloud are the obvious sites, but both have significant drawbacks - basically you have to maintain an expensive paid subscription for it to be practical. SC charges uploaders for time (only the unlimited plan is practical for DJ mixes), and MC now charges listeners (Medium article) to avoid harsh listening restrictions. Debating the pros and cons of these models is academic to me as neither one is good for a hobbyist DJ who isn't trying to build a massive fan base or monetize their mixes.
What I've found so far... House-mixes.com has been a great site, but it is slowly breaking with bugs due to lack of maintenance and the support page has disappeared. Hearthis.at is the best choice I've found so far. Functionally it has everything I need, and both their free and premium plans provide far better value for someone like me. I stumbled on to mix-sets.com but haven't really tried it yet. Youtube has also been suggested, and I'd consider using it as a second site if it would work (just using cover art or something for the video). Several other sites that I searched were defunct.
So, what are good alternatives for DJ mixes? Any thoughts?
