That's definitely a grounding problem. A light touch showing up on the mixer is pretty much that.
What is your setup plugged on, do you have ground coming with the electricity, because you said it did the same before.

It's not. Start by trying the same stuff with the cartridges removed from the decks, and see if that picks up any vibrations/voice/etc. This is very unusual...

Technics feedback issue
I decided to sell my Technics. I never felt good about having them because of all the issues I had from the beginning. I have owned my DDJ-1000 for about a week now and could not be happier. This is the best controller I have put my hands on from Pioneer.
