Need help with 90's track, i think it's Techno/Rave, think the name is HIT THE FLOOR

I don't have any audio, because i cannot find this track anywhere!!
It starts with a man counting down :"five . . .four . . .three . . .two . . .one . . .zero . ."
Then you hear the sound of music being rewind, followed by "boing boing boing boing, and then nice bass .
If i'm not mistaken its from 1990 - 1993, and if memory serves me right, contains saxophone/violin .
