    Cdj-350 usb 3?

    Hi,

Are the Pioneer CDJ-350's USB 3.0 or USB 2.

Can't see anything in the manual and my Google searches aren't giving me an asnwer.

    Thanks

All Pioneer decks are USB 2.0, Pioneer doesn't bother putting 3.0 into them because for the amount of data they have to read, 2.0 is fast enough.

But you can use 3.0 or 3.1, they'll work.

There are some physical differences between the USB 2 and 3 blocks. USB 2 usually has a black block, and USB 3 blocks are blue. There are other physical differences, but they are typically hidden by the structure of the device, so they are not visible.
