Elx-115p problem

I just purchase a ELX115P the volume is very low on both channels but when i connect it on the second channel and click the line button it get very loud it actually sound good
when i do that, but i think its not supposed to be that way. have you ever herd this happen and if yes whats the fix thanks.

What are you connecting to the speaker and what kind of cable are you using?

For any type of controller, computer, phone, or mixer the line input is what you should be using, the ONLY time you would select mic is when a microphone is connected directly to the speaker.
