    Xlr female to split rca

Trying to go from my ev zlx output to edifier 1280db bookshelf speakers is this possible? And if so what do I need. I saw a female xlr to split rca but wasn’t to sure if it would work for this.

Looking at the backs of your speakers I think this would do the job.
Have a good look and check it yourself to make sure I got the connector the right way round.
You'd need some RCA cables as well, so get some the length you want.

I have had good experience with this type of connector in the past.
bored, curious, deaf or just bad taste in music?
    finally a mix by me
and what's this, another shoddy mix...another dull mix

Yes it's possible with the adpters mentioned already but I have to ask why you are doing this? The problem you will run into is that the EV speaker will be much louder than the bookshelf for any given input signal so you will have to turn the EV down.. which will work but it would be better if there was separate control for each speaker system. What are you feeding these speakers from? Is there a booth output or something you can use for a second set of speakers?

Yes that would work but it won't give you stereo sound out of the bookshelfs it will be mono.
