    Reloop RP 7000 Troubleshooting

    Hi Guys,
I've been doing for the last two years actively and I have a set of Reloop RP 7000 that have been working great until about six months ago. I've been using my technics since then but I want my Reloops as a reliable backup. So here's whats going on. Whenever there is a lot of base I get a lot of dropouts while using my Reloops. Below are the troubleshooting steps I've taken to rectify the issue.
    1) Bought new needles
    2) Bought new vinlys
    3) Moved the counterweight back and forth
    4) Swapped out the audio wires.
    5) Cleaned the tone arms
    6) Used them on different mixers
    7) Tightened/loosened the brackets on the tone arms

Do you have any insights or suggestions to help me please. I'm running out of options. Thanks in advance.

Option 1 (and the only option): Go back to 1200s.

I have a pair already but the reloops were my first turntables so I'd like to keep them for sentimental reasons. LOL I gig with my 1200s.

When you mean 'drop outs' are you meaning from a DVS you are using? If so, what DVS? What does the timecode signal look like?

This sounds like a feedback or ground isolation issue. Are the turntables in flight cases? I havent used the reloop 7000 but do they have a ground lift switch? If you are only using them for DVS you will not be able to hear if you have a grounding issue. If you have a ground lift switch, try switching it over.

I'm using Serato DJ pro, the sound would garble almost like using the "robot filter" and then just drop out completely. I balance my signal before every set. The signal looks clean but I haven't looked at them during a dropout. Yes, I keep them in the flight cases while I'm djing. I'm not familiar with a ground lift switch. They are internally grounded and use the type of power cable in the link below.
