    I'm back in the game!

Sup, after a 6 year hiatus I'm back in the DJ game. I just ordered a Pioneer DDJ-400 so I can practice at home, do mobile with rekordbox, and play on CDJs outside.

How are we getting music these days? I used to itunes/beatport but, starting from scratch and getting a worthy library for what I'm about to do is going to cost thousands of dollars. Meanwhile for my own pleasure I'm paying Spotify $10 a month for almost everything I want/need. Is there a music library subscription for DJs? Or am I just going to have to do it the old way?

Is the era of the DJ Undercut yo Prices still in effect, or has 12 years of that finally taught bar owners that trustworthy talent ? What are the prices these days? Is it still $100/hr for mobile and $50 for playing on an existing rig in a club? What about Karaoke (I'm trying to make some money yo)?

Finally, will I get as many babes as DJ 25 Cent Hotwings?

ha, I read that as 'babies' instead of "babes"

Don't really know about pools. I just stick with Beatport and wait for the sales. If you play your cards right, they have 50% every few months. I use iTunes as a secondary if Beatport doesn't have a particular track. Only problem with iTunes is you'll have to convert the file to an mp3 to use in RekordBox

I have tried almost every pool there is for edm.

I play mostly breaks, but some house and trance mixed in.

I have found zero pools with breakbeat tracks except the one I contribute to.

I have settled on BPM Supreme - lost of different genres of edm.
