Thread: Virtual DJ BPM

    Virtual DJ BPM

Dumb question... and I'm being lazy by not investigating.

VDJ scans for BPM. It saves the BPM somewhere... in a VDJ file? Or in the MP3 itself? Can I pull that BPM up in iTunes somehow?

I've been trying to figure that out, along with the star ratings. Hopefully Atomix releases an update that does it automatically.

I found out the answer is no... but there is this utility that will take the VDJ data and write it into the ID3 tag.

    Anybody use it?

I may try it on a few guinea pig files later to test.

Reason... I want to be able to sort my playlists by BPM in iTunes so I can easily drop them into Ableton Live.
