Help needed to ID a track

Dear Friends,
I have been trying to found out the name of a track and the artist, I keep hearing bits of it but never the full track, the only way I can describe it is as follows, it is quite a tribal trance track and the bit I know is, and these are obviously NOT the lyrics but just what they sound like:

Reckie, Reckie, Come ooon, Reckie, Reckie....

It's a 90's track but that's about as much as I know, and yep, this is a total shot in the dark!

I have no idea what track you are talking about. There is no Reckie reckie track.
It probably also sounds nothing like this either

I did say it wasn’t called reckie reckie, or that they weee indeed the lyrics!
