XDJ-RX2 - Does anyone have one?

So does anyone on here have the XDJ-RX2 (or RX)? How long have you had it and do you like it? I might be in the market...

Knowing Pioneer, they'd replace this with a newer model probably next year. They change gears almost every 2 - 3 years. So if you'll just wait until the next one (probably with minor changes) comes out, the RX2's price will definitely go lower.

    I have been waiting...

The complaints that I see seem to be with searching for tracks (of all things). IF you're using a flashdrive, then the -RX2 acts like you'd expect. If it's a large SSD or the computer, apparently it's slowwwww and you must use exact spelling.

I have one that I bought for use as a portable backup to my main rig which is much bigger. I bought it about 6 months ago and actually love this little thing.

I have found it to be super fun to play on and for a while there I was playing on it more than my main rig. I would recommend it.

To be clear though, I use flash drives exclusively and I don't do name searches, I mainly browse play lists I have setup. It works for me exactly the same way as my CDJ 2000NXS2's

I chose to get the Denon MCX8000 DJ Controller instead. If you want any feedback about that - I'm happy with it. Used it with and without a laptop and no issues.

I do! After pretty much only using turntables and occasionally CDJ’s, I really like it. I never owned CDJ’s and my mixer crapped out.. thought I would upgrade and leave the 1200’s alone for a tad. I didn’t want to wait to buy it. I use usb sticks and don’t put too many tracks in each playlist.
