    Ceremony mic-ing

    was looking at this for Wedding Ceremonies where mic pick-up is critical....
    More strength in numbers right

    I would rather use a proven brand name unit (Sennheiser EW-122 g2).

    One high-quality unit has sufficient pickup and freedom from dropouts, which allows you to place the mic on the officiant (minister, pastor, etc) and it has enough power to hear the Bride and Groom.

    That's what I've been doing for the past 15 years. I had Shure UHF wireless at first, but the pickup was not as good, and dropouts were frequent.

    With the Sennheiser ($375.00 when its on sale), no dropouts and great pickup with the cardoid lav.

    To the OP that system is a great system I have used GTD for over 5 years without any prollems both their amps and microphone systems. Look artound you will see great reviews for their products.
