1 TurboSound IQ 15 and iPad -- Noob just starting

    Hello all

I have just purchased a TurboSound iQ15 (one piece). I have an iPad full of songs from Apple Music.

Please tell me how I can get songs from the iPad to play on the IQ15. I used a stereo to XLR cable but the sound that plays is only "half of it". I feel a lot of the music is lost - perhaps the speaker thinks it's in a pair setting with another speaker and a subwoofer.

I don't know what to do - what software to get and what other hardware is needed. Can someone help.

    Thank you guys!

Set you iPad to play only in mono, not stereo.
There's probably an app for that.
It probably costs more than its worth.
    Hey, its apple.
bored, curious, deaf or just bad taste in music?
    finally a mix by me
and what's this, another shoddy mix...another dull mix

Yeah you can't put a stereo signal into a mono input. What you need is a Y cable to split the signal to both inputs.. a 1/8 stereo to dual 1/4 TS would do it since the iQ series have combo jacks on them. See here..

Just buy an ATV Direct Box. Then you can run a mic cable to your Turbosound. There are DI's designed to run from Laptops, tablets, and phones to mixers, essentially your Turbosound.
