    monogram troubles

    Hi, i'm new into monograms.
I have a ADJ pinpoint gobo
    http://www.adj.com/pinpoint-gobo
which allows me to use custom monongrams.
I printed a monogram on a transparent sheet
The problem with that is, it magnifies little pixels/stains from the transparent....looks lousy.
    Check it here:

A second possibility is using a projector, which i do have in my setup build.
But what i don't like, if would use the projector is the square background around the monogram.
    Anyone an idea?

Using what kind of printer.. laser or inkjet? I'm just getting into this too and what I have found so far is the inkjet produces much cleaner prints.
