I'd honestly get this one over that.

Unfortunately, a Youtube video isn't capable of giving you any kind of accurate idea about speaker output or sound. I won't into detail, but what you're hearing through whatever computer speakers you use is whatever the person's camera microphone captured (up to whatever limit it has and whatever quality it may be and from what angle or position the sound got to that camera mic).
The sound quality will be deemed excellent by most people, as it puts out crisp (or boosted) top end with very decent low frequencies out of the box. In part this limits the unit's output with modern music (or anything with strong low frequency content). For background (low level) music - it is ideal and with acoustic guitar type instruments as well. I was not impressed with the overall reproduction of spoken voice however (louder announcements for example) as I found the unit limited very quickly - too quickly for a unit designed with vocal performance in mind. On a stand, in an acoustically friendly environment, it should provide satisfactory lower level music reproduction that will still let people have a conversation.
So yes, it gets fairly loud considering its size, but not very loud compared to most quality PA speakers. My little Yamaha DXR8 was much, much louder when I sang Johnny Cash and yelled through it - and I didn't get it to limit at all in my studio. To be honest, those little fuckers are surprisingly capable in the mids and highs. The Yamaha wasn't as warm as the Bose out of the box, but I wouldn't worry about ever exceeding the Yamaha's limits in such a small space as my little "studio". The red lights on the Bose reminided me of why I love my Yamahas' headroom so much

That was the thing that caught my attention with this Bose unit, there are loads of small PA speakers on the market that offer very good sound quality and lots of output but none of them are battery powered and therefore of no use for those remote ceremonys and such where something like this would be useful.
It's odd that battery power isn't more common, both DSP and Class D amps are easily driven with 12v DC, and 12v lithium ion battery packs with adequate capacity are less than $100.
I am a DJ, not a juke box. The rest of my gear would still require power. Yes, my laptop can run on battery & power some controllers over the USB cable but that puts a real strain on the laptop battery & still doesn't allow power for my wireless mic (most small functions that would use these small speakers are usually associated with someone giving a speech & running a corded mic across the floor is no longer even an option for me). I don't use my phone to bluetooth MP3 files, there's the potential of drop outs plus there's also the issue of SQ over bluetooth. If I wireless stream my music it's over my converted Sure wireless mic lapel system which offers better sound quality, better reliability & far better range than bluetooth. You're limited to battery life with that speaker, you get a gig that was scheduled to only last an hour but things get going & the client wants you to stay another hour... Now what? Besides that the little gimmick of a battery doesn't come close to making the Bose a serious competitor to the EV ZXa1 in SQ & proven ruggedness.
