Time stretching and BPM detection VST?

So I'm fed up trying to work in Sonar with EDM music. I love Sonar more than any DAW because of the tools for pretty much everything else, but these two things are so terrible within it that I need to look at other options to do them.

Anyone know of any really good VSTs for Time Stretching and BPM detection?

Cubase aggravates me a bit with those functions also. Tuned in.

Didn't they just make a brilliant change to the time stretching algorithms in Cubase? I thought that was one of the major features in 6.5.
